All Sales Are Final Once a Service Is Initiated
Because our campaigns require immediate allocation of resources, placements, and third-party commitments, refunds cannot be issued once a service has been initiated. A service is considered initiated the moment work begins on your campaign — including outreach, submissions, or resource booking on your behalf.
Replacement Services
In place of a refund, a replacement or adjustment of services may be offered if and only when approved by our team on a case-by-case basis. Approval is at Icy Network's sole discretion and is not guaranteed. Any replacement is limited to services of equal value to the original purchase.

We stand behind the results we promise, but we are not liable for outcomes affected by factors outside our control — such as third-party platforms changing their policies, algorithms, or requirements after a campaign has begun.
Payment & Refunds
Payment is due before a campaign begins. All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy — refunds cannot be issued once a service has been initiated, and replacements are offered only when approved by our team.
Client Responsibilities
You confirm that any music, artwork, and materials you provide are owned by you or properly licensed, and that you have the right to promote them. You agree not to hold Icy Network liable for content you supply.
